At Rajvi Oar, every piece is thoughtfully designed and crafted using premium materials and skilled workmanship. We take great care to ensure that each product meets the highest standards of quality. However, in the rare event that you would like to exchange an item, we are happy to assist you.

We currently offer exchange only no refunds or cancellations are accepted. Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be returned in its original packaging, including the dust bag, tags, and invoice, and must remain unused and in perfect condition. Once your request is approved, you can return the item to Rajvi Oar, Plot No. 30, sector-31, Gurugram – 122001, Haryana, India, mentioning your desired exchange item and size clearly inside the parcel.

Products can only be exchanged for another size or a different style of equal value, subject to availability. In case the requested item is unavailable, you may choose an alternate product of similar value. Please note that sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange or return. International orders are also not eligible for return or exchange. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs incurred when sending the product back to us. During festivals, sale periods, or due to unforeseen events such as weather disruptions or courier delays, processing times may extend slightly. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
